Grass Track Sidecar Association Racing Ltd organised the first Mick Steer Trophy meeting at Torry Hill Farm, near Sittingbourne, Kent on Sunday, 9th August 2009.

Virtually all of the top right hand sidecar drivers and passengers entered and this resulted in some entertaining and spectacular racing. The eventual winners of the new Mick Steer Trophy were Rob Wilson and passenger Terry Saunters.
